Seeking to hire Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist

Job Description:
To keep the front desk running smoothly while supporting the clinicians, and office administrator and extending care to past, current, and potential new clients.
Position is part-time, average of 20-25 hours per week, some evening hours required.
Tasks: Scheduling appointments for clients; collecting payment from clients and processing invoices; answering phone calls; returning voicemails and responding to emails.
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Office/Financial Administrator as a direct supervisor, keep track of cash/check payments & donations on daily summary sheet with paid receipts, paid receipts in credit card file & unpaid in its file. Distributing mail and emails to the employee it should go to.
Skills: Attention to detail and organization
Knowledge: Excel, Word, Simple Practice, Outlook
Experience: Secretarial or Administrative experience is helpful.
